Abstract

The paper explores the significance of innovation and creativity in modern language teaching within a student-centric learning environment. It emphasizes the transition from traditional, text-based instruction to technology-integrated, knowledge-driven education. Highlighting the evolving role of teachers as facilitators rather than sole knowledge providers, the paper discusses how creativity, self-learning, and motivation contribute to effective pedagogy. It further examines Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences as a framework for designing inclusive and engaging learning strategies. The integration of technology, interactive activities, and collaborative practices such as reading clubs and language games are presented as means to foster learner autonomy and enthusiasm. Ultimately, the study concludes that creativity and innovation are essential tools for both teachers and students to make the learning process meaningful, enjoyable, and sustainable in the 21st-century educational landscape.
